How do I purchase a replacement shade/glass?
Contact place of purchase to order item. If the store does not carry the item, they can special order it for you.
What do I do if I need more chain on my chandelier?
Determine how much chain you will need. The standard length included with our chandeliers is 6 feet of chain. After determining the additional length you need advise the store when purchasing. It can then be special ordered with additional chain to your specification.

I have a sloped ceiling. Will the fan hang straight?
Most of our Minka Aire ceiling fans are equipped with a universal hanging system made to hang from a vaulted ceiling up to a 29 degree pitch. In addition we also sell a slope hanging system kit for up to a 45 degree pitch. These kits are available for purchase at your local distributor.
Can I use a dimmer on my low voltage fixture?
Yes. However, make sure that you purchase a dimmer that can be used on a magnetic transformer and a dimmer that is also low voltage. Using the wrong dimmer can cause the bulbs to flicker resulting in a burned out transformer.

If the dimmer is used with our George Kovacs line, make sure to use a low voltage dimmer.
